Who gained footing they otherwise might not have through voter apathy? Who really pushed the narrative that both sides are bad and why? That’s without even mentioning voter suppression and intimidation tactics employed either officially or unofficially by the current regime.

I really struggle to blame the individual for systemic issues. We attribute laziness to non-voters so easily and write off any extenuating or systemic issues that got in their way. I am not absolving responsibility from the individual, but need to ask: who benefited the most from nonvoters?

There is reasonably solid evidence this election was stolen, and they will not speak on it as a condemnation of the dictator, rather they will say “this is just how it is now.” And we won’t have the chance to resist that change before some new horror arrives. 3/4

I 1000000% agree that the appeals process should be reformed. I think any private individual should get ONE appeal to a verdict, and ONLY with some proof of why you need that appeal. If you have evidence that shows the court fucked up? Appeal! Don’t like the verdict? Get fucked!
