Did you RTFA? The free trade deals referred to are the ones done between countries or trade blocs other than the US.

There's a reason that AI skeptics will pointedly ask you to try to deliberately substitute "cocaine" for "ai" in sentences, just to show you how similar the effect is on the language people use to describe the experience of using LLM-based "ai" agents.
