Charlie - I like you, but you've been in politics long enough to know that good negotiations are about the long-term. You don't actually go up to the biggest bully and punch him in the face. You give him a reason to think you'll help him.

Prior to their post-Cold War agreement, Ukraine had the 3rd largest nuclear arsenal in the world. They already had the skill set and intel. The weapons (drones) put in place so that they traveled a short distance were not as expensive as traditional long-range missiles. Note: No civilian targets.

Carroll O'Connor was a true liberal, and Archie Bunker's character was supposed to be a cautionary figure - the ultimate bad example. Unfortunately, far too many people emulated Archie's worst traits. Later years, when they showed Archie becoming more progressive/learning, it was already too late.

Interesting that you think being involved with a man requires submission. Not all men are bad, but men who would require me to submit are. You need to work on your interpersonal relationships - friendship, caring, and love have nothing to do with submission.
