Have recently considered blocking him, last time a post of his blew up it was him claiming America had ended and that we're living in a forever dictatorship with no personal liberties. Like, last week. He is a doomer and is easily able to infect others with it.

I guess I'm indistinguishable red blooded Republican MAGA soldier now, because I have no problem saying "thanks for this economy, Trump."
March 11, 2025 at 7:14 PM
Expanding on this with shower thoughts, she's claiming "Thank you, King Trump, for causing a recession!" is what she wants to hear, when it's even more hilariously sarcastic than the "I did that!" Biden stickers.
March 11, 2025 at 7:08 PM
Still not understanding why you would go on TV and freely admit that you're aware most people are "whining and complaining" about your economic strategy.
March 11, 2025 at 6:42 PM
The "we don't their energy" one or a new banger?
March 11, 2025 at 2:25 PM
I'm torn between this and making "fuck veterans" central to their economic plan with basically no subtly.

It's also when midterms is.
March 9, 2025 at 4:36 PM
I'm doubtful that was actually him posting, Trump and Elon both desperately and publicly want the government to shut down. Though they're the only two seemingly unconcerned with the consequences of those optics in his admin.
March 9, 2025 at 12:15 PM
Apparently Trump ribbed him about it publically. Makes enough sense without going any further there.
March 7, 2025 at 7:04 PM
Did Captain Ketamine not say like a week ago that he was so desperate for air traffic controllers that he'd illegally hire retirees? Now they have to be 'geniuses' from a specific college? They have to be getting sick of his wild drug fueled mood swings.

Far be it from me to questions DOGE's motives. I have no idea why they did this. But you're talking about actions that will reap benefits in 18 years. Musk doesn't consider his actions 18 minutes in advance. Seems that spiting the Maine governor is a much more immediate benefit.
March 7, 2025 at 2:28 PM
Some of most horrible ones on the surface literally say they explicitly aren't changing federal law.
March 7, 2025 at 12:55 AM
I mean, the only other read is that he wants the public to think Elon is in charge even if privately the ruling is that he isn't. Which is nonsense and accomplishes nothing.
March 7, 2025 at 12:43 AM
That's Edward, on row 14.
March 6, 2025 at 6:28 PM
Noticed their director Amy Gleason isn't on there. Weird.

Unrelated, but non-member outside advisor in an unofficial capacity Elon Musk is there.
March 6, 2025 at 6:15 PM
I know this political era has been defined by Trump changing his mind and all of his supporters pivoting on their heels no matter how adamant they were previously, but I can't image they change from "we want to be rich!" to "for Trump, I'll live in poverty!"
March 6, 2025 at 5:33 PM
Absolutely ridiculous.
March 6, 2025 at 4:54 PM
Yeah, the president may appear to be doing stupid shit that will hurt his constituents for no reason, I'm willing to say that with my mouth, but also I think Americans are idiots and won't hate him no matter what happens.
March 6, 2025 at 4:53 PM
I cannot believe that he actually said out loud "if you think that [previously referenced economic disaster] is going to reduce the President's popularity, think again!'

Not only has that already been happening, but you're acknowledging that he's making moves with unpopular optics. Like, what?
March 6, 2025 at 4:49 PM
You can't hold the opinion that the rule of law is important while simultaneously holding the opinion that it should be suspended whenever politically convienent. That's just ridiculous.
March 6, 2025 at 3:59 PM
You also go back and forth between our and your country. I'm guessing on top of being a Twitter argument guy you also aren't American and therefore don't view this as your problem, which explains why your viewpoints are both unrealistic and flexible.
March 6, 2025 at 3:57 PM
And apparently him electing to run his cabinet in such a way produces absolutely no negative results, disregarding all the negative results, unless Trump is illegally detained by the CIA or lost in the Middle East or whatever you were on about.

Marble statue pfp is all you need.
March 6, 2025 at 3:30 PM
My dude the basic question was whether Trump having a chaotic cabinet has ever made things happen and the answer is obviously yes. You can't engage with a basic yes no question without getting into the CIA and moral philosophy. You are exactly the kind of Twitter argument guy your handle suggests.
March 6, 2025 at 3:18 PM
You're welcome to refer back to the previous conversation if you want to continue it. I think we've reached the terminus of what this discussion could provide anyone.
March 6, 2025 at 2:36 PM
He was investigated and charged with crimes that would've ended his political career and resulted in imprisonment. It was derailed by SCOTUS corruption. You're once again stating that the only option is extra-legal action, which I whole heartedly disagree with.
