I stopped drawing many years ago when the pain in my joints became too severe for me to properly hold a pencil let alone hold one with severe tremors. But I’m going to start again, because I miss it and I think it would be a good outlet for me.

I use my voice now not just for myself but for everyone else that feels they can’t yet. I was the girl for almost a decade that was silent and afraid of everything. I refused to face the reality of my life for almost ten years. I was convinced I was a bad person. I’m not. I was traumatized by one.

This is my favorite time of year. The weather gets colder, the leaves fall and the sky is clear and bright. Capturing moments in time is a big passion of mine, definitely in November. I want to remember everything about it and how I felt in these moments of time.

There was a G5 storm last night that caused the Northern Lights to be viewable for many states. Reports came in it was seen even in Florida although I did not see it. There’s a big chance it could happen again tonight though! Keep your eyes to the sky, definitely if you’re up north!

I feel like I can see color again. I know, that sounds strange. But I suffered for years in an environment where all I knew was fight or flight mode. Feeling uncomfortable became my normal. I’m in a better environment now. I feel peace again. I can enjoy this again.

I’m happy a worst case scenario catastrophic event didn’t happen from the 8.8 Earthquake yesterday that caused the tsunami warnings and watches; but we never know when a catastrophic event could happen again. Let’s be kind.
