At the UNGA's plenary debate on African development, Portugal made 3 points:
- Africa needs greater voice at UNSC and RES 2719 must be implemented;
- Africa can lead a sustainable industrial revolution;
- development is not possible without implementation of Sevilla Commitment & reforming finance.
