It's a bit rude after a day of work, an evening of looking after an ill toddler, to then get a migraine? I just wanted to play Hades II and rot in my bed.
I must say it is polite that my migraines tend to happen at night though, even if I do wake up feeling hungover.

Apart from the claims being bullshit, and the fact that autism isnt something to be prevented or cured, paracetamol is one of the only meds you can take in pregnancy. Without it, recovery from my burst appendix would have been BRUTAL. Just another way of getting women to suffer in their bodies.

Yeh so it *was* silly and something had to give, so the half marathon is going to be in 2027 instead.
I think sometimes I try to do it all to make up for all the years lost to CFS. But I also need to remember my energy never got back to "normal" and I need to look after myself.

In hindsight, having a kid, signing up to perform a solo in the pole dance showcase, signing up to a half marathon at the same time as finishing off a PhD was a bit SILLY of me.
