There must be an opening for a hotel / B+B in St. Malo to provide accomodation for Guernsey Folk arriving late evening. If it could be geared up specifically for them - late suppers - transfers for foot passengers - and so on it would prove popular. And maybe early breakfasts for those on the 8am?
