Also, using your hands. Placing big timber, swinging hammer or adze, etc. I got my forearms from marine carpentry. I don’t work in the field now, but I do retain, relative to overall size, big forearms.

$10/mo. is a great price. The gyms around me with power racks and platforms are all $25+++/mo.
Also, the time saving is worth it for me.
Finally, I already have dumbbells and a functional trainer, so these pieces make my home gym good enough.
I hear you, though.

Same.
I've been working out for years, but it's only recently I've benefited from competitive practice with the goal of improving loads lifted at low reps.
I still find it difficult to keep it all in my mind while benching.
Squats and deads are way easier for me to use good form in.

Uhhht! Uhhht! Canceled.
I have 'til feb 28th to finish the power rack and platform setup in my home gym.

I could be mistaken, so forgive me if I'm missing it, but I'm not seeing a back arch or leg drive. Are you implementing them?

Excellent!
You made it look easy.

Fantastic!
Well done.
Looking forward to your 110!

How long are the HIIT sessions of middle distance runners?
My HIITs are only 20min.

The bar will stay a little closer to center than with a dumbbell suitcase carry, too, which can be advantageous.

Concur. I usually prefer their movement arc to other similar machines.

Some days the very idea can feel pretty daunting.
