Weather has decided it’s time for my annual reminder to you that around 12% of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) sufferers have Summer Depression variant. For us, sunshine makes life much harder. Please be patient and supportive. And hearing it described as “good weather” all the time doesn’t help!
