I am about 40% through Kamala Harris' new book about the 2024 campaign. What a read! Such a profound loss not to have her intelligence, passion, integrity, skill, experience and humanity as POTUS. Read it. It's inspiring, informative and just the kick in the pants we need leading up to October 18th.

It arrived this afternoon. Insight, intellect and inspiration at a time when all three are so lacking in public life. #107Days #KamalaHarris

Late summer vibes here on the Olympic Peninsula. Deep watering the Stewartias and sipping Chai. 82 degrees, blye skies and Vivaldi.

The residents of the Village of Port Ludlow, WA showed their strength today by participating in the #nokings protest. They made their voices heard!

Next weekend our homegrown fuhrer celebrates his birthday with a military parade very much like a previous fascist despot. This is MAGA. The lowest point in U.S.history.

He learned from those who perfected fascism.

Happy Mother's Day to the late Muriel Myers Raper Browning, my mum. A Scottish war bride from Dunfermline, an artist, hostess and rather Judy Garland-esque character who died far too young, at the age of 58. 45 years ago this month.

He's planning his own for his 79th. I'm not kidding.

Port Ludlow made me so proud today. #HandsOff was a major event in this village by the Bay of 2900.

So proud to have directed a brilliantly talented cast in the reader's theatre production of David Lindsay-Abaire's Ripcord for Ludlow Village Players at the gorgeous bayside Port Ludlow Beach Club. Two nights of sold-out audiences. The arts are alive and well in WA State!

What it is about sexual identity and orientation that is so threatening to many heterosexuals? The hate was mostly aimed toward gay men like me growing up, but it's grown to include anyone who deviates from their limited spectrum of normalcy. The trans issue has galvanized the bigots.

Snow day here on the Olympic Peninsula. No electricity but fire going and generator running. Rural life. ⛄❄️🥴

Great photo from the 1930's (?) that's as timely today as ever before. Healthcare, science, education and the arts are being defunded by the this regime right in front of our eyes.

A rain-free day in the PNW is a great way to start the new year! Get out and enjoy it before plopping down in front of the telly, noshing nachos and watching a game....😉

Some seriously wet weather heading our way here in the PNW right now. A soggy, but hopeful and warm, wish for a very Merry Christmas to all who celebrate.
