I am officially 365 days free from self-harm. This is something that I have struggled with since I was in the 4th grade. There was a time when I thought I’d never live to see my 30th birthday.

My 3 littles are super cranky with the change in their schedules, extra sugar, and food dyes from the holiday. We’ve had a couple of stressful days. I have come so far in my #mentalhealth this year that I am able to still feel the blessing over the troubles. I wish you all the same. 💚 #youmatter
