i feel like there is some argument for choosing a tech stack that makes it easy to hire & onboard? not saying it's the only thing, but it's definitely something important to consider.

i think that's the nice thing about pricing it as-is, there's no obligation and people get what they pay for. if you fancy adding more to it, you can.

i really like the idea of releasing a simple cheap game, then adding content over time, and if the game becomes more valuable, increase the price. IMO it should always be sold for what it's worth at that point in time.
