Hey Texas #booksky -Katy ISD added 14 titles to their list of “removed” (ie: banned) books last week- bringing the total books banned since August 2024 to 34.

Here’s a great example of christofascism. They want books that they don’t like banned from libraries, but they want the Bible shoved down kids’ throats in the classroom.

During the run-up to the #RRISD bond election, the antis started insinuating that the district was misrepresenting or possibly fraudulently reporting enrollment numbers. The basis for this was the Summary of Finances report which suddenly showed a dip in numbers in the beginning of September.
