I enjoyed hearing Nida Allam speak about her campaign for Congress, Medicare for All and the Green New Deal yesterday. See her platform at: nidaallam.com/platform

If you are applying for a new job and have an interview, here is the best question to ask: How late is your parking garage open?

Musical tracks for BodyPump® for Seniors could include Ethel Merman, Chuck Berry, Loretta Lynn, the Temptations and Cher.
1. first warm up, 2. second warm up, 3. stepping into the bathtub, 4. stepping out of the bathtub, 5. using a chair, 6. bathroom break, 7. putting socks on, 8. tying shoes, 9. lunches (not lunges), and 10. unicycling.
In the middle of planks during my BodyPump® class, I suddenly decided it was time for me to transition to BodyPump® for Seniors. I have not heard of BodyPump® for Seniors yet, but I am hoping its tracks progress something like this:

There is no “voluntary migration” to a place thousands of miles away from your home when your home is being destroyed. Especially if the country that is taking you is being bribed by the people kicking you out.

What happens to a dream deferred?

Does it dry up
like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore—
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?

Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.

Or does it explode?
