Here's one statistic for you:

→ Net jobs created under Clinton and Obama: 33.8 million.
→ Net jobs created under Bush, Bush, AND Trump: 1.9 million.

That is not a typo.
Of Course Trump Will Tank the Economy. It’s What Republicans Do.
As the president’s “Liberation Day” nears, it’s time to liberate ourselves from the vicious cycle of Democrats having to clean up the GOP’s messes.

Elon Musk quietly deleted a post that said he would hand out two $1 million checks to people who had already voted in a Wisconsin Supreme Court race. Federal law prohibits payments to Americans in exchange for their registering to vote or casting ballots.

1. In April 2024, California raised the minimum wage for fast food chains to $20/hour

The industry claimed it would be devastating & require significant job cuts and prices increases

Here is what really happened: workers got a raise, prices went modestly, and the industry continued to add jobs

In our research we measure whether it is possible to get from point A to point B using only safe roads, and that *includes* almost all side streets - they are genuinely nice to bike on with low traffic volumes and speeds. But it's not enough: without the arterial routes, accessibility goes WAY down.
Don from Niagara on the Lake thinks he knows Toronto streets better than Torontonians who cycle on them everyday.

"Let that sink in. A kid walking alone in his own neighbourhood was treated like a crisis.”

There’s a lot of neglegence here, but not from the mom. Our system regularly fails parents, especially single moms, and our bad infrastructure design is what really endangers kids.
