It's a strange thing getting to the gym just a the fog is rolling in. I barely noticed it when I walked in. I started my workout downstairs and was quite surprised to see that the outside had grown so much more opaque upon my return to the ground level.

Not only does the language of proposition 50 expressly state that redistricting powers return to the Citizens Redistricting Commission after the next census (2031), but it also appeals directly to Congress to make independent nonpartisan districting federal law.
