Hi, this is jeremy, I’m that guy who started Roxy Vinyl Cafe, and I also run the social accounts for both Roxy and roxy kunst x kultur.

In addition to the ongoing curated selection of music, art, and culture events and programming, I have a lovely new small project currently on the horizon…

In addition to the ongoing curated selection of music, art, and culture events and programming, I have a lovely new small project currently on the horizon. While this project will be complementary to Roxy Vinyl Cafe, it is its own concept and will be started and run independently by me, and possibly a select few others that could share the vision for this new thing. I’d like to find support in the network of friends, fans, and family that have been visiting and enjoying Roxy Vinyl Cafe (a truly “third place” concept at its core) for the past few years, and I’d be honored and happy to share in bringing this new idea to life. What am I looking for? 1. Someone with experience as an interior architect or designer. Especially with background in small retail, shop, or gallery space, low impact, reusable design and materials, recycling, upcycling, and circular design. 2. Experience and advice about the shop and retail trade, ideally in music, art, books and publishing, convenience and packaged goods, or related areas. 3. Graphic and brand/identity design. 4. Pop-up concept and design production, ideally related to the keywords in the previous points. It’s still early in the process for shaping this new idea, but the timeline will advance quickly, with an expected launch early next year. Are you interested in helping add to the culture and community of Winterthur? Do you enjoy creating and making things happen? Would you like to be a part of a new concept that enhances the profile and creative spirit of Winti Altstadt? If so, get in contact with me. Let me know how you might want to contribute. Viewed the Kunst Kiosk property today (still heavily in renovation mode) but it looks perfect! Quite small and narrow, but exactly the form I had in mind for this project. So, I have until end of February to pull this together, hopefully opening beginning of March 😅 some inspiration photos below…
