There's no monopoly when it comes to free open-source software, but no one else is working on a GameCube emulator because there's no good reason to. Dolphin plays almost every GameCube and Wii game great, and runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and even Android. Why "fuck Dolphin"?

Dolphin runs it great. I use that for net-play with my friends, as we can't get together as easily as when we were kids.

When I feel like that, it helps me to just lay in bed and put some music on. That or sitting down to read a novel can be good. It's important to give your brain a chance to relax and escape from the world for a little bit. I hope you're feeling better soon.
