Last week, I reported that while the Challenged Directives are now void, the NIH is disregarding the order and demanding its staff still screen grants for compliance with the new (very illegal!) agency priorities.

At a recent hearing, Sen. Hassan asked Bhattacharya whether he'd follow the president's directives even if it meant breaking the law.
