We have an adoption event coming up next week that many of us will be at. hay rides, pumpkin patch, cute fun stuff. I hope its a good time for us all to just, see each other.

It doesn't feel real. Her loss was felt right away by the whole OKC rescue community. I'm so thankful for the other fosters who stepped up to temp for her foster kittens, because life was too busy taking me out at the knees, i guess 😔 Thank you. I'm sure I'll be less wrecked by it in time, but man.

- not only does xylos mom have to drive from 45mins away to help us, she can't fix it either because she's ALSO missing tools.

- had to leave the truck at a burger king.

And like, kittens finding homes doesn't seem like a bad thing, but you have to understand its after both those first things, and we've been con prepping and dealing with sick kittens at home. So 2 of our baby boys go to different homes, and i'm crying in the parking lot like a baby immediately.

our DM runs call of cthulhu games all October every year and they're always so fun. He's always so creative and its nice having low-stakes 1 or 2-shots sometimes, instead of our long campaign where i'm super invested in everyone but Austin's first character living.
