I always cried when I left a school to change jobs - or an LA placement. Never seen a man do that! Nor another woman when I think about it... 😢

Teachers need practical & accessible help I guidance for this area. Unless behaviour is very poor there is often little support.
A list of the most current & effective resources / publications would be a help?
