For consumers, limited-time price locks may be useful for a bit of planning, but less so for long-term savings. The provider can raise the rate enough to (more than) make up for the deferred revenue when the term has expired.

OTOH, consumers can then switch providers, barring other lock-ins.

Yes #liquidglass has shades of Windows Aero, but it's much more refined. I far prefer it to Material Design/Material You. Also, it's more than just a reskinning but seems like whole new set of human experience guidelines. #wwdc

I, for one, will miss Humane. For all it got wrong, it was a bold stab at what gadgets might lie beyond the smartphone. I wish they'd been able to pivot the Pin to the phone accessory I think it should have been in the first place.
