This is Bodie. He’s here to celebrate the start of Pride Month. Been working on this pose for weeks. 14/10 the parade starts right behind him 🌈🐾 (IG: hellobodie)

I think a lot about what Carl Sagan said in one of his final interviews.

On my AI thesis, I made a substack. Never done one before. Let me know if you have comments or suggestions.

So I have a theory about the future of AI, this place and the internet. Let me try a thesis.

Walked to the train station and my phone announced that beech pollen levels are very high. Yeah? No shit.

Upgraded my iPhone last summer. Felt really guilty at the time because there was nothing wrong with my last iPhone. Suddenly feeling hideously smug.

Mind blowing.

Today, 5 years ago. First day of COVID lockdown. How did I not spot this sooner?

I'm not sure any of us yet understand how much damage the virus inflicted on us all. Keep well everyone and look after yourself and your loved ones.

I currently have 671 followers. If you are not interested in the treatment of care workers or covid victims during the pandemic such that you can be bothered to like or respond to those posts I suggest you unfollow me.

I don’t care if my follow count goes down. I want to linkto people like me.
Do you not agree with the poor care of Covid victims? Do you not feel healthcare professionals were not protected? Do you just not think us complaining will make any difference?

I really would like to know as we can’t design a system that works until we understand why the previous system doesn’t.

Posted this on the other side last year but for COVID Rememberance thought I would repost here. I don’t post family photos on social media as my family’s pictures are theirs, not mine to use, but don’t think anyone is getting much personal detail from this so this is my wife, 3 weeks after COVID.

Another wonderful day on “Great” Western Railways. The 1403 to Penzance is no longer going to Penzance. And it’s late anyway. Hopefully I get to my family in St Ives before I have to turn around and go back on Sunday.
