I just used a food dehydrator that I got 20 years ago for my wedding. Sadly it is too humid in NJ to air dry.

Good to know my plan for next year may yield the same results! My habaneros all died and I only got one poblano. Decent yield of jalapeños. But the serranos are in a class all their own.

I did that with the first 150 (and maybe another 100 heading there too). They are great for salsas and cooking. Less for dicing.
