Farmers on the hook for millions after Trump freezes USDA funds.
While this is bad, for these farmers, it's also good.
Republicans need to feel a lot of pain to ensure the needed pressure is applied to their reps.
That means...we will all feel a lot of pain. I don't see any way out of that.
