Yeah I'm just a big white dude - there are way more people having worse problems than I didn't care enough to give enough energy to.

Very much so, we used to rent the basement here too, until one July they measured how much foot traffic the PMB saw during university season
We used to have a 30day trial, make sure it worked out for both sides, before anyone was locked into a lease, only used it once; tenant hot boxed my dog day 2

I hate to pop that bubble, but as someone who looks like a 6ft5 death metal motorcycle club member - they do indeed stick their nose where it doesn't belong, even if you're building a new house.
