Frame it as a first step in practising enforcing your personal boundaries

Google has been penalising this for a while now to 'encourage' websites that don't jump around as elements load. There are solutions out there (like the content 'skeletons' you see as placeholders for an element that hasn't loaded yet) but lots of sites are too lazy to implement them :/

Do we know how much of the world's cloud storage space is filled with garbage, roughly? e.g. abandoned email accounts or websites, user accounts created for a single purchase on an online shop... And does anyone have a plan for all the dead 'internet stuff' that's presumably just lying around?
