Just watched “Nightbitch” after reading the book (R. Yoder, 2021) Both were bizarre and darkly humorous and deeply, utterly relatable (to me, who is a living a VERY similar life, as an artist mother, to the main character.) I had some quibbles with the film but thought Amy Adams was fantastic.

My dad just rustled up our childhood box set of Little House on the Prairie and brought it over (first book is a newer replacement though.)
I have such fond memories of listening to him read them out loud to us. Can’t wait for my daughter to be old enough so I can read them to her too! #booksky

I basically only watch all these dumb reels now 😵💫 not because I want to just because that is how ig is now
Why are so many reels like “did you know you can just do whatever the fuck you want whenever you want?” And then it cuts to a lampshade or car dashboard covered in hot glued sea shells.
