I agreed that salads can be healthy and colorful and you can make it fun by adding options to it, but also agree that we have incorporated more dark greens and fresh veggies. @beh353.bsky.social
Salads can be super healthy, or sneaky junk food in disguise. Creamy dressings, fried toppings & sugary add-ons = calorie bombs. Go for dark greens, grilled protein, fresh veggies, and healthy fats. Build smart, eat fresh! #Salads #nnm www.webmd.com/diet/ss/slid...

What I learned this week is that fat shaming is never a good way to make a person loos weight and in fact, it just causes more damage to a person's mental health. Obesity can be a genetic or environmental issue; we must be mindful of our language if we want to help that person. @beh353.bsky.social

I relate to “Lack of time” barrier since I constantly have exams, or homework to do I spend all my time studying all night for those exams and spend a great amount doing homework I find myself not having time to prepare a healthy meal as I wish I could. @beh353.bsky.social

I looked into the carnivore Diet, which involves eating animal products, and I was surprised to find out how it can have a potential nutrient deficiency if it is not carefully monitored. @beh353.bsky.social

How I will be transforming my normal salad into a nutrient-dense meal is to add more ingredients such as red peppers, avocado, and cherry tomato with shredded carrots, and cucumbers since I usually have my salads plain with just the dressing. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

My 24-hour-recall was accurate and easy to do since I tend to stay on a similar diet. Still, it was surprising to see how much I snack on cookies and chips throughout the day due to not having a lot of time to eat since I am worried that I am wasting time instead of studying.@beh353.bsky.social

"Wow time to check my snack basket" is what I thought when I saw this tweet, and this is concerning because people including me often ignore this warning or labels because of how tasty lays and how it is a quick choice while being in a rush.

This post resonates with me because I find it sarcastic. Especially "Let’s ban TikTok! That will make things better" since people make content to have an income and it has helped families all over the world banning it would mean that they would lose that income to support their families. #beh353
Nevermind Americas

Health care crisis
Inexistent maternity leave

Raging climate crisis
Rising rates of food insecurity

Let’s ban TikTok! That will make things better!
