I seriously think that a grad student should get a thesis paper by developing a “ Spite Meter”.
We have consumer confidence indexes, volatility indexes but to the best of my knowledge we don’t measure spite (boycotting sentiment).

I believe Musk and DOGE disbanded 18F because we stood in the way of their "procurement capture" operation. We get the government *out* of wasteful contracts. Musk wants that money back for himself.
