If the instructor of record was a graduate student...odds are it is a departmentally designed rubric. When I was a TA at U of Tulsa we did lots of work creating standards for all of us student instructors.

I tend to run essays through up to 6 ai checkers. If all six say something is completely AI, then they lose points, and get scolded. Otherwise, I'll tell them their work seems AI generated and to work on specificity and add quotations. It's bloody time consuming.

Fair enough. Marriage of any sort has a very complicated legal history, but it really doesn't need voters and scotus involved in a personal relationship.
