Morning. Wishing you a day as calm and peaceful as this swan.
A mute swan, resting on its nest in the shade of some reeds. The swan's neck is curved along the top of its back so it can tuck its beak under a wing. The one visible eye is closed, and the sunlight through the reeds is casting stripes of light and shade over the swan.

Oh, I've just been reminded of the time a former colleague blithely announced he was going to walk The Broomway one Saturday and I gaped at them a bit, and then started talking *extremely quickly* about how bad an idea it was.
They went to the cinema instead, I think.

How civilised.
Cyclists Access to the site is via the main entrance or from the Pedestrian access on Canwick Hill (there are some shallow steps here). Cycle racks are provided at the front of the building. We have a puncture repair kit at Reception, should the need arise. The sentence "We have a puncture repair kit at Reception, should the need arise" is highlighted in yellow.
