Whatever else Hamas is, they're not collaborators. The PA exists to suppress resistance in the WB. They're part of the settler "security" machine.

If we're in a situation where we can abolish marriage as a government institution then i think it's safe to say we're also not imposing strange rules on who can visit the hospital. We're not sending the cops to seize everything in a deceased person's house

These are assumptions carried over from capitalist and earlier societies. Children can of course be born with no regard to marriage, with no property to inherit. If women aren't going to be poor and homeless and unemployable after divorce, there is nothing to litigate
