Slowness? - But the anal retentive times being noted?! OMG does she have a stop watch or something? User: My laptop is acting weird today. I rebooted twice back to back just now. The last reboot was at 12:26 PM, and it's now 12:29 PM. My laptop still won't open Outlook, Teams, or the internet browse
