I’m Ronnie.

I design access ..who gets in, who’s kept out. Invisible until it’s not.

Jobs, healthcare, logins ..set by quiet rules.

Behind the curtain ..not to control but to learn the systems that do.

Few ask how trust works. Who made the rules? Approved access? Watched login? That’s my domain.
We need to start our own MSSP/SAT service instead of waiting on hiring cycles or proving ourselves to orgs that can’t match our skill level. I know a few of you personally in Virginia.. we’ve got the talent, the mindset, and the drive to build something elite on our terms.

"I think AI in general and police AI (specifically) really thrives in the shadows, and is most successful when people don't know that it's being used," EFF’s @MGuariglia.bsky.social told @NPR.org. "I think labeling and transparency is really the first step."

You’re more likely to land a job on #LinkedIn by staying active and engaging than by just applying to listings. Most of my opportunities came from recruiters noticing my activity not necessarily my applications.

How’s the job market been treating you? Seems like #remote roles are beyond dried up unfortunately.

I don’t get why tech roles/events still require on site presence. We literally use tech to communicate. Gatherings should be optional and always include remote access for engagement.

Seeing events like #BSides, #DEFCON, etc makes me miss #BIT RVA. It was a unique space but the leadership disbanded & the chapter dissolved after a few months. I’d love to find more communities where tech enthusiasts like us can connect and explore beyond just the corporate side of things. #cybersec
