Y'all. I air fried these faux crab cake croquettes I made with lion's mane mushrooms and paired them with a salad with homegrown herbs, hazelnuts, pomegranate arils, and tomatoes for dinner. A hard root beer washed it down smooth! Can't wait to try these bad boys out again on friends! 🦀🍄🍅🌰🌿🤤
