No need for name brand audio equipment for this use IMO. I usually have just ordered whatever is for sale online for around $100 and haven’t been picky about brands. This is the one I have now, and it works really well.

You’re addressing this section? This reads a bit differently—I think it undermines state law that strips parents who oppose transition of custody, rather than threatening stripping custody from parents who support transition.
