So if nobody wants to live NEAR apartments, does that mean nobody wants to live IN an apartment? Cuz that would be NEAR an apartment, since it might be beneath or above or besides one....
And if this is true, wouldn't all apartments be empty?

One reason stuff is unaffordable is BC of the corruption & lawbreaking. Corporation X donates $1M to a ballroom - those costs get passed to consumers. Daycare shut down bc ICE raids - those parents' childcare costs just went up.
It's an obvious & easy argument to make.
