UPDATE: The prosecution, police, and CIO seem open to cooperating on insurrection and abuse of power charges against Yoon.
At the prosecution's joint investigation proposal:

Police: "If all three institutions participate, we have no reason to refuse."
CIO: "We plan to join discussions with them."

BREAKING NEWS: The impeachment vote of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, following his shocking martial law decree that stunned the nation, has FAILED.

105 of 108 of his party's lawmakers boycotted the vote and the National Assembly didn't meet the threshold to pass the motion.
