German authorities say the online user known as “White Tiger” was a leading figure in the 764 network. The 20‑year‑old suspect from Hamburg was arrested on 17 June 2025. He is charged, among other things, with serious sexual abuse of children, attempted murder, and murder committed via the internet.

Meanwhile, Krasnov does seem to have had access to phones on several occasions while in prison. He still appears to communicate with group members online, publish music, and post pictures of himself in his cell. However, he is far from the only MKU member who is at least behind bars.

Beyond these claims, their publications explain not only how to choose targets, carry out and film their so-called “manhunts” while minimizing the chance of capture, but also how to manufacture homemade bombs and poisons with step-by-step instructions.

On TikTok, Casap posted videos of James Mason, the fascist author of Siege—a book considered a bible and required reading for militant accelerationist groups like Atomwaffen Division and its successors. He also posted racist propaganda in Russian that featured the SS Totenkopf.

Although I’ve observed a rise in what is described in Casap’s warrant as 'Nihilistic Violent Extremism' in networks like COM/764 - and while C’s case and his connections to O9A may also fit that category in some regards - I also want to highlight some clearly racist utterances from him that may not:

As early as December of last year, he asked - in Russian- in a chat called 'O.D.M. chat 3.0': 'What is the best instruction for BBs in failsafes for drones?' and later added, 'Like, if I want to put explosives on a drone and then direct it at someone.'

In the warrant, one of his TikTok conversations is quoted in which he says that his alias on Telegram is '@accelerationist14'. "The Telegram ID associated with this alias is 8117684637. I found this ID in several chats from late December 2024 to mid-February of this year.

A few messages in telegram chats I could find from Nikita Casap, the 17 year old who allegedly killed his parents to "obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary" for a drone and explosives that he planned to use in a terrorist attack.

This gives bad actors a really broad attack surface: they could launch highly targeted spearphishing campaigns across multiple platforms - convincingly and even easily thanks to AI. Remember the spear fishing of Podesta / Guccifer 2.0? Look at what security expert @@don-luigi.bsky.social told me.
