I hate this. There is still clearly a market for sedans but Detroit won't make them so they can force reluctant drivers to buy expensive SUVs at higher profit margins. Hopefully, this doesn't spread to Asian manufacturers, I can't imagine Honda phasing out the Civic. No North American cars for me.

It's incredible to me that just a generation or two apart, the USA has gone from strongly standing up to Russia/Soviet Union and the threat they imposed to, um, baselessly discussing annexing Greenland, Panama and Canada while turning a blind eye and falling in line to Putin snd all his atrocities.
