ngl one of the weirdest things I see in queer fandoms is that you will see a people assign character A as bottom and character B as top and start behaving as if that's canon, and if others so dare to make depictions that differ from that, chaos happens.

I love that we reached a point of being able to make characters of every skin color in videogames but there's something that saddens me a lot about making my brown boys in other medias and realize my character is the only person with melanin in the entire world. Might as well just lock the option.

I am not that well versed in Pokémon so I am not entirely sure, but I accept suggestions. I have my favorites but they are all from gens 1 to 5 so I am just a tourist as my one true passion in life is Arcanine.

The "I don't" joke is strong but when I think about it, I try to imagine a timeline with small nodes representing important moments and then think about which one happens first, and so on. It gets much easier if you go "This for sure happened! But when?" and then look at it like game checkpoints.

Relatable but let's not pretend we haven't done the exact same thing now. Cuz on the flip side one of the most common things about aging is that people will suddenly point at younger folks for xy and z and very conveniently forget they have been 17 at some point. Never forget the roads you traveled.
One of the strangest aspects of aging that they don't warn you about is watching as history gets rewritten right in front of your face and people 20 years younger than you confidently tell you about something you lived through and get it completely wrong.
