So very sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Jane Goodall. She was a legend and the best of us. There’s a lot of sad folks here at work. An inspiration to so many, but especially women and girls who grew up loving animals. Thank you, Jane.

We’ve been stuck on this United Airlines flight sitting on the runway for 4 hours. That’s longer than the flight duration. Weather grounded all flights so there aren’t any free gates. They can’t move the empty planes at the gates due to lightning. So we’re trapped. When is this kidnapping?

“The Surgery” is on my OR playlist. And I studied to The X-Files scores all through vet school. He was a legend and so lovely to talk to about everything from music to The X-Files to his dogs. Thanks for being the defining soundtrack in our lives. You will be missed, Mark.
We're absolutely heartbroken to share composer Mark Snow has died at age 78. Mark's soundtracks for The X-Files were a character themselves, shaping the mood and the heart of the series. He was a delight to know and will be truly missed. variety.com/2025/artisan...
