Absolutely glad to have interviewed the fantastic and inspiring Dr. Lakshmi! Having written after a long time, felt the one too many joys of wielding the pen and reporting on women in science.

In a time when support for junior scientists is disappearing, how can you plan for a career in STEM? I think it starts by thinking of science as a big map with many routes and destinations, instead of a pipeline. 🧪

If you're wondering why Blue Sky is creaking a little right now: new user growth has exceeded *one million* in 27 hours

This may be the fastest Mass Defection Event in internet history to date. Bluesky has 20 devs

It will bounce back but some growing pains are inevitable!

Finally finished reading this masterpiece by Ram Guha.

This is the least excited I’ve ever been about the World Cup. Hate the board to the core that I truly truly wish the cup is not presented in the Ahmedabad stadium, by its namesake to the Indian team.

Would be major election points :/

The exhilaration of data analysis.

Soooo, I went on a date with a tech boy (yeah, I should have known better) who spent the entirety of it arguing how providing people with better salaries will only make them lazier.

I’m done with humanity for a while.
