As of May 20, 2025, the GENIUS Act has not yet been passed by the Senate. The bill was intro'ed on 2/4/25, by Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN) & referred to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. They voted to send it to committee. We have time to fight it, if needed.

DOGE claims NASA GISS is being evicted to save money, but it actually costs taxpayers more to remove us. GSA is on the hook for our lease until 2031, regardless of whether we occupy the building, and we all have to be "in person" by September. Any other place has a higher marginal cost than $0.
