Prediction: #SCOTUS is going to hear the Hayes case on overturning #Obergefell v Hodges (#gay #marriage) in this new session and they’re going to easily dismantle it because of the shakey foundation on which Kennedy built it. AI puts the ‘why’ in plain English for us:
