In the end, I’m glad that I don’t smoke anymore. It is bothersome how I still get cravings even after all this time though. 🤔

I have been smoke free for about a year and a half, but in all honesty I’ve been a hair’s breadth away from restarting for awhile now.
I miss the ritual, and miss the placebo effect of calmness it provides. It’s also something I would do on my break that wasn’t doomscrolling.

I did laundry and worked on my game. I decided to create some more forest foliage graphics because the ones I already made were getting a little repetitive. I‘m almost done the third last area.
I have work tomorrow though, so I can’t devote as much time to it. 😑

Today was a really good day off work. I did a bit of cleaning, completed another area of the Mandshirm Forest since earlier, and cooked a nice dinner for husband and I. 😁
