maybe try downloading a previous version of obs? I know you said this issue only started kinda recently so maybe something got weird with an update or something?

maybe try downloading a previous version of obs? I know you said this issue only started kinda recently so maybe something got weird with an update or something?
I'm sure you've already tried all this but :
Set video encoder to Nvidia nvenc
output resolution set to 1080/60fps
bitrate 8000
try lowering tuning to low quality
in game always enable Vsync/fps cap 60fps
you can also try downgrading to an earlier version of OBS before the issues started
