i keep getting encoder overloaded whenever i stream and I dont know why .. 😭

i have changed my obs settings, display settings, replaced my cpu & gpu cooling paste and nothing is working.. i get 1 frame per 6 seconds and at the worst my computer just completely shuts off 😢

any help is appreciated !
